It all started off in Seattle last fall. I was visiting a friend who had moved to West Seattle a few years ago, where she writes a professional blog and provides the world with link tips from the Pacific.

In my travels along the West Coast – known as THE Slow Food region – I discovered great places to eat and drink. I was thrilled by the proximity of sea and mountains, by extraordinary encounters and adventures. Reminding me of Mallorca, its rich culture and diverse landscapes.
