Sublime Oils: Precious Skincare from Mallorca

In the heart of old town Palma hides a small oasis of beauty, known only to insiders. On the first floor of a traditional mansion, Sublime Oils offers an impressive selection of natural cosmetics. Precious skin care from head to toe, made on Mallorca. Antonia Álvaro established the sustainable brand, and she makes sure that the products are not only good for the skin.

Star of Sublime Oils is the Trilogy Facial Serum, a unisex basic product for all skin types. The light liquid illuminates the skin right away, its unique woody spicy aroma reminding of a trip to the African savannah. And that’s no surprise. The serum contains a high portion of specific plant oils sourced from fair trade cooperatives in sub-Saharan Africa. Next to 18 more plant-based ingredients that are said to have therapeutic properties for skin care.

This summer, Sublime Oils shares the bright showroom with SURO Swimwear, another successful brand from the island. Like Antonia, Margarita Payeras founded her label in 2016 and has been designing beautiful swimsuits and bikinis from sustainable fabrics since. Her unmistakable collections are inspired by urban fashion and streetwear. Featuring a cool minimalistic chic with clear, often asymmetric cuts and distinct colors.
