But the outdoor enthusiast and mountaineer has been into climbing, trekking and hiking all his life. And he loves to share his passion and experience with his customers. So Sa Tenda not only offers a carefully selected choice of brands but also personal guidance and advice when it comes to completing your equipment.

Whether you go hiking in the Tramuntana or aim for high mountains elsewhere in the world, Jaume will fit you out from head to toe. Sa Tenda literally means The Store. And indeed here’s where you get about everything you could possibly need for your trip. From apparel to boots, from backpacks to sleeping bags to all kinds of hiking accessories. Next to the more popular labels like Gore Wear, Mammut or Arc’teryx Sa Tenda also sells technical garments from lesser known brands such as Norrøna, Icebug or trangoworld. Some of them on Mallorca exclusively sold by Sa Tenda. Or not even officially for sale yet, like the Bestard mountain boots from the latest collection.

I like their designs and the colors but of course it’s the components and the structure of the sole that matters. Bestard is a Mallorcan family business but it cooperates with cutting edge tech companies in the world of outdoor equipment like Gore-Tex or Vibram.
